Why Being Grateful Brings Abundance

 Gratitude is the best antidote to misery. No matter how miserable life can feel, certainly, there is at least one reason to be grateful. In fact, the worse life feels, the more gratitude we need to counter all the negativity.

Our job is to find it, identify it, and express it and inside this training tuesday segment I’m going to identify some wellness reasons and mindset reasons to be about the gratitude.
