There comes a point when a very smart person has officially thought about something long enough. You have researched it.
Journaled about it.Talked to three friends. Made a list. Made a better list. Made a better-better list.
And perhaps, in a moment of true desperation, opened a fresh Notes app page as if the answer might be hiding there.
Darling. 😂 Your brain has filed its report.
This is one of my absolute favorite parts of coaching.
You give me the 14-minute explanation. I listen.
And then I get to say something delightful like: “Okay. I don’t think any of that is actually the problem.” Cue the stare.
Because I am VERY good at hearing the thing underneath the thing.
The “marketing problem” that is really a confidence problem.
The “team problem” that is really a boundary you refuse to hold.
The “I have too many options” problem that is actually you avoiding the one option you already know you want.
That is why having the right coach matters. And it is why the right ROOM matters. Because sometimes you do not need another strategy.
You need someone to lovingly grab you by the shoulders and say:
“Suzie Sunshine, we are not doing another lap around this mountain.”
I recorded a quick 3-minute video about this.
