In her role at IAW, she oversees all of the organizations operations, including sales, support, marketing, programming, and local chapters.

After nearly ten years of working in finance roles, Megan pivoted to a marketing role and found her passion using digital platforms to build awareness and connect people. She operated a marketing consulting company for many years and supported small businesses in her local area before transitioning back into a corporate position when she joined IAW in 2018.
